Seen as the greatest exhibit of recently launched vessels, it is due to be held between 24^th and 27^th September 2014 and it promises to be bigger and more exclusive than ever.  Every time we visit Port Hercules outside of these dates, the principality looks relaxed, even empty and in some way unattractive. 

Don't understand us wrong, Monaco has always a fair share of super yachts on display even during the coldest wintry days.  Yet during the MYS it does really come alive and the sheer number of super yachts on display makes your heart bounce harder and more frequent than at any time during the year.

Croatia as one of the most popular luxury yacht charter cruise destinations has made its reputation grow not just by the beauty of its Adriatic coastline or the fact it has over 1000 islands and reefs, but in large part mostly due to the existence of these amazing privately run konoba's and luxury, stylish restaurants which dot the bays around Dalmatia, the most popular luxury yacht charter location in the Adriatic.

They will not only buy locally produced ingredients as owners of restaurants in Kornati or Kvarner region will do.  For most part they will catch their own fish in the morning, tend their own gardens in the afternoon and serve their own produced and made dishes in the evening.  In some cases, our clients have actually gone into their gardens and picked the vegetables themselves or have gone fishing with the owners the same morning. In some cases, it is also possible to join the chef in the kitchen and help prepare the meals or indeed learn how to prepare a local specialty.  One super yacht owner has in fact made his chef spend the whole week in a local establishment in Dalmatia so he can learn how to make his favourite local dishes and prepare them while he will be cruising in the Caribbean or Indian ocean in the years to come.
